Since 2017, while working with Daylight Capital, a predecessor to K&D, we  successfully structured and completed sole-managed direct loans for issuers, providing an alternative financing solution outside of the public markets. These direct placements allow issuers to streamline the financing process, secure funds quickly on a competitive basis, and often avoid the need to obtain a credit rating. This specialized experience complements our extensive background in large-issuer public finance, enabling us to serve municipal clients with both traditional market access and innovative private financing solutions.
