As an MA, Knight & Day Group serves a diverse range of public entities, including cities, counties, hospitals, special authorities, states, school districts, and redevelopment agencies. Our experience includes a variety of debt structures, including short- and long-term debt issuances, lease structures, letters of credit, escrow exchanges, tax allocation bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes, tax increment financings, and other complex financing structures.
Exclusively focused on municipal advisory services, our firm provides objective, independent evaluations of potential financings. We do not act as a broker-dealer, asset manager, or securities trader, nor do we maintain formal relationships with underwriters, banks, or securities dealers. This independence ensures that our recommendations are solely aligned with our clients' best interests.
In the past six years, since January 1, 2019, Knight & Day Group, LLC (formerly TKG & Associates LLC) has completed more than $30.5 billion in municipal transactions according to the firm’s records.
