We then manage the financing process from start to finish, including coordinating with legal teams, preparing marketing documents such as preliminary and final official statements, and presenting the issuance to the market through either a competitive or negotiated sale. For cash, fee, or grant financings, we provide comprehensive evaluations that outline financial considerations and strategic approaches.

As Municipal Advisors (MAs), we serve issuers in competitive and negotiated bond sales as well as "pay-as-you-go" financing structures. Because we are not broker-dealers and do not sell bonds, our sole focus is on structuring financings and ensuring bonds are marketed effectively by underwriting firms that balance lowest cost with maximum market reach for the issuer.
